If you would like to supply your own kitchen we are also more than happy to provide a fit only service.

All integrated appliances come with a 2 year warranty ie ovens, hobs, fridge/freezers and dishwashers etc.

All electrical work is carried out by a SELECT member and all gas work is undertaken by a gas safe registered engineer.

When it comes to bathrooms Sandy Cochrane Builders Ltd have a vast experience whether your looking for something with a high end modern feel or something with a more classic twist, we offer a personalised design based on your needs and our skilled tradesmen will carry this out with minimum disruption to your home. We supply and "all trades" service which allows a smooth running project with a high quality finish.
